Give to Your Children

Children should not have to save up to give to their parents. Parents should save to give to their children. Our children did not ask to be born ,we were the ones who chose to bring them into this world. By the sweet grace of God we were blessed with these beautiful gifts called children. We are suppose to raise them to be good, kind and loving adults. Give to them what they need, food, shelter, education and the beauty of knowing Christ. Raise them in a kind and loving Christian manner, so that they shall turn out to be diligent disciples of God. If we give to them and teach them the gift of giving, we hold to the faith that they too shall be ones who will give freely to those in need. Being in a position to give money, whether you have a lot or a little will open them up to receive blessings in their life. The needs in this world are so great. Lives will not be touched if one does not reach out to give generously with no thought of receiving in return. So give freely, give from a loving heart and to those little ones you birthed into this world by giving to them you are teaching them to give also. Let us pray. Our Heavenly Father,bless this day. Thank you for our children Lord, for the great blessing you gave unto us through their birth. Help us Lord that we teach them the gift of giving even if it is but a little. Do not let us take them for granted, or lead them to feel that we expect them to give greatly to us but to raise them to know the gift of giving is to give freely to others,especially to those in need and unto a stranger whom we may not ever know the name.In this we are teaching them the true meaning of Godliness and Love. Amen....

When Life Is Just Too Much, Give it Up To God

   When things seem so overwhelming and you feel you can't go on. Give up all up to God and he will ease your worried mind. We are not suppose to carry the burden or the weight of the world upon our shoulders, going it alone. In doing this, we only cause a burden of grief for ourselves and those around us.
  By giving it all to God, we show him that we trust him to make it right, to lead us in the direction he sees best for us. In allowing God to lead our daily lives we will find that life is truly quiet simple and that we really don't have to be burdened about anything when we put our trust and faith in Christ. There are no burdens laid upon us that are too much for us to bare. There are no obstacles too large to cross over and threw.Life is but a glimpse of breath, a moment given to us to obtain as much good, not for ourselves but for those we will be fortunate to know during our short stay on this earth. WE are born unto our Mother's and before too long we are grown into adults, our main objective in life is not to see how wealthy we can become or how popular we are but instead our objective through Christ is to do as much good as we possibly can. We are to give of ourselves daily whether it be in helping a stranger, a neighbor, a friend or family. God wants us to forget about our wants and needs and to focus on being obedient to him. When we surrender ourselves to him completely, life becomes easier, happier and more fulfilling. The next time you feel that overwhelming urgency and life life has just become a little too much for you to bare, give it up to God and he will lift you up and put you back on your feet again.
The Path of Righteousness is the Road to Happiness. Let us pray. Lord, thank you for this day. Be with us as we travel lifes difficult highway, lead us and guide us, that we may make the right decisions and listen with our hearts as you lead the way for us Lord. Bless each and everyone Lord, who may feel the burden of life, who feel that it is just to much, for we all know this world is becoming a treacherous place of evil and doubt filled days. Let us give our woes to you that the grief and pain of endurance shall be lifted and the storm shall cease. Let us know that you are with and that you put no more than we can bare upon on weakly shoulders. Be with us Lord this day and always. Amen...

Leap of Faith

   So often we listen to people speak of faith and how they have such a trusting faith in Christ and all that is possible through faith;however when they are faced with an unexpected illness, injury or circumstance in life they find themselves praying and asking God for help. They pray for the sick to be healed, the injured to feel no pain or the dying to be cured by a miracle from above, BUT, somewhere in the back of their mind there lies a hint of doubt. As much as they want to believe that the Lord will hear their plea they let the world keep them from truly letting their faith in Christ stand firm in their hearts. The Bible says that the faith of a grain of mustard seed can move mountains. Through faith many miraculous things happen to those who put their faith and trust in Christ. The blind man was given sight, the paralytic was healed and walked, the dead were risen. These things happened as a sign of what Christ could do through the power of the Father and when he was to descend into Heaven he gave that healing gift to his disciples so that they too could perform these miracles. Jesus told those who believed with faith alone to get up and walk for their faith had healed them. Can you not put your whole heart in trusting in the Lord. As my sister lay dying in the hospital with little hope that she would ever recover, I watched as my Mother cried and pleaded to God to please make her baby girl better. I smiled for I knew in my heart through faith in my Savior that my sister would survive. The doctors gave us no hope but they didn't know that we had something that was better than any medicine they could ever use to make the sick well. We had Jesus Christ and with him and through him I never once questioned whether my sister would be alright. I put my faith and trust iin him and seven months later my sister is doing much better. Though it is a long journey to her recovery, she will get there with the help and guidance of her Lord Jesus.He shall raise her up from the body stricken with a deadly disease when the time is right and according to his will. Take that leap of faith and know that all things are possible through him, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let us pray. Dear Lord, thank you for this glorious day. For the healing miracles you have given to my family this past year. For being with my sister when all medical professionals had given up on her, you Lord were there to pick her frail little body up and carry her with you Lord to the place where she is now being treated by faithful Christians and your apostles Lord. Help those who are in doubt dear Lord to know that you are with them in their greatest hours of need and you will not leave them but will be there to help them through their faith and their belief that all is possible through you Lord. Help those with a questioning heart, that they may let go and give their all to you Lord that your will be done accordingly. Help them to know that you are near and your mercy is everlasting. I pray that all shall take this day to raise up their eyes to the Heavens and to know that you are but a pray away. That when they are in need all they have to do is call and you will be there with them for ever and throughout all eternity. In Jesus name we pray, Amen..
